Aina Rea Aliotta lebt und arbeitet in Zürich. Sie als Künstlerin und Pädagogin und engagiert sich in transformativer Arbeit in Kulturinstitutionen und Aktivistenkollektiven.
In Series of Contactas entwickelten wir gemeinsam die Arbeit " Economia dell' Appartenenza" in Form einer performativen Erkundung. Kostüme zusammengestelt von Sinead Gorey.

"Zurich’s urban space, shaped by commerce and restraint, is experienced as demanding coherence and conformity. Its polished architecture is perceived as reflecting an economy of order in which the referenced culture is made to feel excessive and out of place. For the racialised, non-conforming body, assimilation is positioned as an existential strategy for adaptation and acceptance within the city’s commercial logic. A modern Arlecchino is evoked: a trickster figure through whom survival is enacted by means of play, mimicry and disguise. Within Zurich, this figure becomes a mode of being — a necessary performance of assimilation. "
